These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the purchase of any products or services from MycoSymbiotics (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by William Padilla-Brown. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or purchase our products.

1. Products & Services

All products are produced in small batches or made by hand. Due to the nature of artisanal production, variations in color, texture, aroma, and appearance are normal and do not constitute defects.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products at any time

  • Limit quantities sold

  • Refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason

2. Intended Use & Disclaimer

Our products are intended for educational, culinary, wellness, or general informational purposes only.

  • Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease

  • Statements made on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA

  • Always consult a qualified professional before using any product if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medications

Use of any product is at your own risk.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice

  • Payment must be received in full before fulfillment begins

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory limitations.

4. Processing & Shipping

All items are handmade by William Padilla-Brown and may take up to 30 days to ship. Some items may ship separately.

Orders exceeding five (5) weeks without customer email communication may be considered unattended and refunded at our discretion.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun

  • After 48 hours, orders cannot be canceled

  • Preorders, made-to-order items, subscriptions already billed, digital products, and event tickets are non-cancelable

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for unopened Miron glass bottles with tamper-evident seals fully intact.

Refunds are issued only for unattended orders exceeding five weeks with no customer communication.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and information are accurate. However, we do not warrant that:

  • Descriptions are error-free

  • Content meets individual expectations or interpretations

Typographical or informational errors may be corrected at any time without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, images, videos, logos, branding, and educational materials—is the intellectual property of William Padilla-Brown / MycoSymbiotics and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MycoSymbiotics and William Padilla-Brown shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of use, data, or profits

  • Adverse reactions, misuse, or improper storage of products

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the site or products.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MycoSymbiotics and William Padilla-Brown from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of products

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Violation of any law or third-party rights

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
