Refund policy

At MycoSymbiotics, we take product integrity, safety, and freshness seriously. Many of our products are ingestible, perishable, or produced in small artisanal batches. For this reason, our return and refund policy is intentionally limited.

Returns

We only accept returns under the following condition:

  • The item must be a Miron glass bottle

  • The tamper-evident seal must be completely intact and unbroken

  • The product must be unused and unopened

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any item that does not meet all of the above criteria. Once a seal is broken, we cannot verify handling, storage conditions, or product integrity.

Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):

  • Opened or unsealed products

  • Any product not packaged in a Miron bottle

  • Consumables, extracts, tinctures, oils, or food items with broken seals

  • Digital products, classes, or event tickets

  • Custom, limited-batch, or made-to-order items

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following circumstance:

  • An order has been unattended by the customer, meaning no email communication or response from the customer for a minimum of five (5) consecutive weeks

This policy exists to resolve stalled orders where delivery issues, address errors, or other problems could not be resolved due to lack of customer communication.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Taste, smell, or subjective experience

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Failure to read product descriptions, disclaimers, or usage information

  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ana@mycosymbiotics.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
