The Fundamentals of Extraction Magick
A great preface to our Extraction Magick : The Journey of Bioavailability course, Learn the art and techniques of tincture formation from Justin Knaub, MycoSymbiotics' production and extraction manager. This class is for those are just beginning to embark on their tincture journey.
This is a 1-day class, Saturday April 1st 2023, 10:00 am - 3:00 pm EST where we will cover Folk methods, Soxhlet extractions, an intro to equipment, and applications.
Lunch is provided to all students. Leave class with knowledge on tincture techniques, different brands, tools, and more! Each student will also leave with one 2oz bottle of tincture!

April Mushroom Cultivation Course
Intro to Fungi, fungal biology, anatomy, and what mushrooms are. Effective and Inexpensive Home Labs and Lab practice. How to make a Still Air GloveBox. How to culture fungi. How to Clone mushrooms. All Students will receive local, organic vegetarian lunch all 3 days, 5 Liquid Cultures, 1 Agar Culture, A MycoSymbiotics Workbook, Certification of Completeion with the potential to use MycoSymbiotics certified logo on mushroom products, and more!

We gather again this year in a celebrational and educational experience with Earth care experts, lovers, teachers, and stewards. This will be 2 days of music, arts, fun, and learning. Get hands-on experience through workshops, first hand education with guided hikes and forays, wisdom sharing through lectures and discussions, guided healing through movement and sound with sacred space holders, and more.

April Cordyceps Cultivation Course
Get hands-on experience cloning and breeding Cordyceps. You will learn to expand cultures and prepare nutrients - you will be inoculating, harvesting, & more!
Take Home a Starter Culture on Agar or Liquid and an Inoculated Jar.
Coffee, Tea, and Vegetarian Lunch will be provided!
Get hands on experience with low tek methods for producing commercial harvest of Cordyceps Militaris mushrooms. Cordyecps Militaris are the easiest cordyceps mushrooms to grow, and can produce high-value in todays market. With these techniques, anyone can grow Cordyceps! Beginners are welcome.
Cordyceps mushrooms are becoming more popular in North America as more research comes out on their pharmacological activity, and we see more farms popping up. Up until the past few years North American Cordyceps Cultivation has been focused on mycelium production for powders and capsules. There is currently a demand for Cordyceps Fruit bodies in North America. As more individuals begin to source more of their products locally there will be a demand for locally grown Cordyceps.
