Cancellation policy

All products offered through this site are produced in small batches and/or made by hand by William Padilla-Brown. Because production often begins shortly after an order is placed, our cancellation policy is limited.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun

• After 48 hours, orders cannot be canceled

Once ingredients are allocated, batches are initiated, or production has started, the order is considered final.

Preorders & Made-to-Order Items

• Preorders and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once placed

• Estimated fulfillment timelines are provided at checkout and may vary due to batch scheduling, sourcing, or production conditions

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

Subscriptions / Purchase Options (If Applicable)

For any subscription, recurring order, or purchase option:

• Changes or cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle

• Once a billing cycle has processed, that order cannot be canceled or refunded

Subscription items that have already entered production or fulfillment are final.

Unattended Orders

If an order remains unfulfilled for longer than five (5) weeks and there has been no email communication from the customer, the order may be considered unattended and eligible for a refund at our discretion, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Non-Cancelable Items

The following are not eligible for cancellation once ordered:

• Opened or consumable products

• Limited-batch or experimental releases

• Digital products, classes, or event tickets

• Custom or special-request items
